Landing Pages For Your Business

Sales Accelerant delivers inbound and outbound sales lead generation campaigns through services such as demand generation, sales lead generation and qualification and lead nurturing campaigns.

In order to deliver highly effective inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns we use a combination of channels and tools, which includes landing pages, which we design, create and manage internally.

In online marketing and inbound lead generation, a landing page, sometimes referred to as a ‘lead capture page’, ‘squeeze page’ or a ‘lander’, is a single dedicated webpage that often appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimised search result or an online advertisement.

The landing page will usually display targeted sales copy that is a logical extension of the advertisement, search result or link which led you to the landing page in the first place.

Landing pages are often linked to via social media (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Facebook), email marketing campaigns or search engine marketing campaigns, in order to maximise the effectiveness of the campaigns concerned. The general goal of a landing page is to convert site visitors into early stage marketing leads or sales transactions. By analysing activity generated by the linked landing page URL, marketers can use click-through rates and conversion rates to determine the success of a campaign.

There are two types of landing pages, namely Transactional and Reference, which each tend to be given their own unique website URLs. Sometimes landing pages are hosted using the clients’ company website domains and other times, they are hosted externally.

Transactional Landing Pages

The main purpose of a transactional landing page is to motivate a landing page visitor to take action by completing a transaction. This is achieved by providing a form which requires completion by the landing page visitor. The visitor’s information is obtained in order to add the visitor’s email address to a mailing list as a future sales pipeline prospect, often part of the initial demand generation process or later on, during the lead nurturing stage, as part of a lead scoring exercise. A transactional email campaign can be carried out in the future. The goal of a transactional landing page is to capture as much information as possible about the visitor. The ultimate goal is to convert the visitor into a future client.
