Here at Sales Accelerant we have recently launched a FREE AUDIT designed to enable us to provide our existing clients and prospective future clients with helpful insight which is geared towards enabling them to increase their sales and improve overall business performance.

What does the ‘5 Point Sales and Customer Relationship Management’ Performance Audit Involve?

 

We review the following business components:

1. Sales versus Forecast (where data is available, versus performance of overall market too)

2. Sales Processes

3. Sales Resources

4. Key Marketing/Sales Messages

5. Existing Customer Relationship Management Systems and Processes

What we do is arrange to meet with our clients and/or prospects for approx 2 hours to review the sales and customer relationship management aspects of their business and then follow up with them within 2 weeks to present and discuss ideas for change, geared towards increasing sales and improving overall business performance.

We request access to key data prior to attending the meeting to enable us to gain some understanding of the business, though if preferred, this data can be presented to us upon arrival at the meeting (in such instances we would ask for approx 30-45mins to digest the top line data before any detailed meeting discussions begin).

Any suggestions we make relating to proposed changes geared towards performance enhancements may or may not include recommendations of one or more of the services which we deliver at Sales Accelerant. Our ultimate goal is to explore opportunities for growth among those businesses which participate. In the event that our discussions and suggestions motivate those participating in the audit and follow ups to want to work with us, we will be delighted at an opportunity to provide the necessary support and project specific proposals.
