At Sales Accelerant we work across a number of sectors, though to the greatest extent within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, IT and Human Resources. The kinds of companies and solutions we introduce to target prospects globally include: software (e.g. CRM, survey hosting and analytics), medical marketing communication/education services, marketing services, IT services and many others.

Our business is helping our customers to grow theirs, through helping them to develop their sales pipelines and improving their internal sales processes. We also help companies to build prospect databases, cleanse and validate their CRM data and carry out other supporting telemarketing projects.

We work with our customers as an outsourced and yet integrated outsource sales lead generation team, providing telemarketing, direct marketing, social media marketing and sales consultancy services. We create new business introductions and meetings, some relating to immediate sales opportunities and some relating to longer term opportunities.

Our sales lead generation is broken down into 4 stages:

1 – Sales lead identification and generation and BANT qualification

2 – Sales lead nurturing

3 – Sales lead conversion into meetings and RFPs/tenders

4 – Assistance with conversion e.g. proposal writing and selling skills

 

 The role of Sales Lead Generator includes:

· Conducting initial campaign pilot activity (promoting Sales Accelerant services)

· Work to deliver set number of cold and warm calls, supported by Linkedin and email, working to pre-agreed criteria and processes in order to generate BANT qualified sales leads

· Provide accurate weekly reporting in relation to pre-agreed KPIs and CSFs 

· Delivery of results and overall high quality work

· Continually self-review approach, outcomes and processes with the team

You will be set achievable targets and will be paid high level commission to ensure that you earn attractive money as you help us to grow our business and then once the pilot campaign is completed, our customers’ businesses.

 

 

Role skills required:

· Articulate and numerate

· Confident phone manner

· Use of, good understanding of and fleuncy with social networking sites such as LinkedIn

· Use of MS Office suite

· High standard of literacy and excellent attention to detail

· Ideally: pharmaceutical/OTC consumer healthcare, IT (services and/or products) and/or HR sales and/or marketing experience
