We work with partners in the following 2 ways:
1. Prospects are referred to us directly
2. We provide our services under the brands/banners of our partners under a white label arrangement
Our reward terms under such arrangements are as follows:
1. When prospects are referred to us directly we pay 10% of the contract value for the first 3 months of the new customer contract won through the referral – This percentage is increased for certain arrangements such as regular referrals
2. When we deliver our services for partners under a white label arrangement we charge our services out at a 15% discount
